Dr. Matthias Luterbacher is the manging director of M&L Consulting, a specialized company to beer filtration.He has studied and graduated at St.Gallen University in Switzerland, where he still lives with his family.Matthias used to be Manging Director of Schmid Automation, a member of Filtrox Group in St.Gallen for years. In 2024, he joined M&L Consulting and changed the perspective from process automation for beer filters to the filters and the filtration technology itself.
M&L is part of the Corosys technology group. With a total of 60 engineers and brewmasters, the companies in this group focus on all processes in the cold block and have presented many technological innovations throughout the last years, such as dealcoholization plants, evaporation plants etc.
Today, Matthias is presenting a new filtration technology, called ML FISTA.
