She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Northeastern University and a Master’s in Food Safety from Michigan State University. As Senior Quality Manager, Jackie leads efforts to translate R&D innovation into scalable, high-quality production for both traditional beer and emerging “beyond beer” categories. Her work focuses on ensuring product integrity and operational excellence as new concepts move from the lab to the brewery floor.
