"Dr. Margaux Simon from UCLouvain in Belgium graduated with a master's degree in chemical sciences from the University of Namur in 2018. She then completed a master's degree specializing in brewing engineering in 2019 at UCLouvain before starting her PhD in the Brewing and Food Industries Laboratory under the supervision of Prof. Sonia Collin, which she completed in 2024.
