Darryll began his carreer as a corporate microbiologist and sensory analyst with Molson Breweries in Toronto. He went on to manage cGxP labs in pharma before returning to school and completing a PhD in Microbial Pathogenesis. He was a senior scientist on the Invisible Sentinel team that developed PCR assays for lacto, pedio, wild yeast, diastaticus, megaspera and pectinatus, as well as the latest diastaticus risk marker assay. He now directs the genomics facility at bioMerieux's new R&D and manufacturing site in Philly.
