Eduardo Liza-Diaz is an R&D Project Manager at Fermentis by Lesaffre, where he leads research work focused on new yeast strain development for the Beer & Brewing category. He has developed his professional career across R&D, manufacturing, and quality roles within the brewing and breadmaking industries in both Latin America and Europe. Eduardo holds a Brewing Technology Certificate from the Technical University of Munich, a MSc in Food Innovation & Product Design jointly awarded by AgroParisTech & TU Dublin, and a BSc in Food Engineering from UNALM (Lima, Peru).
