Julia Jennings is a Research Scientist working on new product development at John I. Haas, Inc. She completed a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry at UC Davis in 2020 where she worked on novel methodology and catalysis. At John I. Haas, Julia manages projects leading to new products like Kettle Redi® and HopHaze® as well as process improvement projects. Julia has previously presented at ASBC and WBC conferences on projects that combine analytical and sensory data to drive product development decisions. Outside of lab, Julia enjoys hiking, beer, and all things DIY.
