Samantha Bennett has been managing the growing Sensory Team at New Glarus Brewing Company in Wisconsin for the past 10 years. In her role, she does a bit of everything from production support and quality control to R&D and recipe development. She holds degrees in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Pennsylvania State University and has previously worked as a Sensory Scientist for Kraft Foods-Oscar Mayer and General Mills. When she’s not evaluating beer and being no fun at parties, she’s at home reading, gardening, snuggling dogs, and chasing kids.
