Mark Fischer, Director of Brewery Operations at Firestone Walker, began brewing during college and graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering. He earned an International Brewing Diploma from the Siebel Institute. Starting on the packaging lines, he worked his way through brewhouse and cellar roles before becoming Plant Engineer and later Engineering Manager. Mark has spent most of his career expanding and modernizing the brewery, and for the past five years, he has focused on process optimization and efficiency.
