Alex Dwoinen began his brewing career in 1993 at New Belgium Brewing’s original Fort Collins, Colorado location, starting with hand bottling and various supporting roles while attending Colorado State University. Transitioning to brewing in 1994, Alex has played an integral role in multiple expansion projects while also supporting process control initiatives. In 2014, he relocated to Asheville, North Carolina, to lead efforts in the construction, equipment installation, and commissioning of New Belgium’s Asheville brewery. Today, as Brewing Manager, Alex combines hands-on experience and technical expertise to oversee brewing operations.
