Aaron Gervais is the CEO and cofounder of Otherwise Brewing, a gluten-free brewery based in San Francisco that brews exclusively with gluten-free ingredients. He is responsible for the company's recipe design and the development of its gluten-free brewing process. Prior to starting Otherwise, Aaron worked in marketing in Silicon Valley and ran an arts nonprofit in San Francisco. He has also held a career as a freelance classical composer, receiving commissions from musical ensembles across the globe. Aaron holds a Master of Arts in Composition from UC San Diego and a B.Mus from the University of Toronto.
