Riley has been in the beverage industry since 2016, or since 1995 if you count the years she spent riding around on a keg dolly at her dad’s brewery job. She worked at Surly Brewing for 6 years developing their quality program, sensory program, and laboratory. For the last 3 years, she has worked for BevSource helping commercialize all types of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, in copackers across the United States. She supports development of beverages from concept through first production run including formulations, compliance, packaging set-up, and production planning. She is currently the President of MBAA District St. Paul-Minneapolis.
