Tomohiko Yokoishi earned his Master’s degree in Agricultural Science from Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine in 2012, and began his career as a packaging developer at the Central Research Laboratory of Lotte Co., Ltd. From 2012 to 2015, he focused on developing containers for gum and candy products, with notable work including the B-Can, a tube-type candy package. In 2015–2016, he expanded his expertise into chocolate marketing, exploring new fields beyond packaging.
In 2016, he joined the Shizuoka Brewery of Sapporo Breweries Ltd., where he managed bottled beer production processes. Since 2018, he has been leading packaging development at the Technology Development Department. His key contributions include the Tray Paper Pack and Maltum, both recognized for their innovative and sustainable designs.
