Travis Audet has been brewing professionally since 1994, and is a proud member of Master Brewers Association. He has worked in brew pubs, craft breweries, brewing research and development, and regional breweries in both Canada and the United States. Travis is currently lead consultant for Slant Six Consulting, providing solutions for brewers and suppliers in all areas of the brewing process.
Travis has earned the Master Brewer Certification from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling. Travis has also been granted the MBAA Award of Honor for delivering significant contributions to brewing science, technology, and operations that have benefited the association.
