Daisuke Sakata graduated from Yonago National College of Technology in 1994 and joined SAPPORO BREWERIES LTD.
He have mainly worked in the Quality Assurance Department at a beer brewery, and have also been involved in product development and beer brewing.
Since 2023, he has been working at the Value Creation Frontier Laboratories focusing mainly on tasks related to microorganisms.
