Mikio Inada received a MS degree in Physicobiology from Waseda University, Japan, in 2020. He joined Asahi Breweries, Ltd. in April 2020 and worked in Suita Brewery. Since September 2021, he has been researching spoilage microorganism of beer and RTD (Ready-To-Drink) in Research Laboratories for Alcohol Beverages. At the 2023 ASBC meeting, he gave a poster presentation on the growth of the spore-forming bacteria in low bitterness units beer.
