Keisuke Okada holds a Master’s degree in Fermentation Chemistry from Kyushu University. After completing his graduate studies, he joined Asahi Breweries, LTD., where he began his career in foundational research. His early work included assignments at the Shikoku Brewery, providing hands-on experience in brewing operations.
Over the years, Keisuke has focused his research on brewing science, particularly the enzymatic reactions that occur during beer production. His interests also extend to raw material studies, including malt and hops, aiming to better understand their roles in flavor development and process efficiency.
Currently, Keisuke leads product development for beer at Asahi Breweries. He continues to explore ways to enhance brewing techniques and ingredient utilization, contributing to the creation of high-quality and innovative beer products.
