Kai Kawachika, University of Florida Master's Student in Food Science.
I am a Master's researcher with an interest in flavor with my lab focusing on fermented products, primarily beer and wine. I began working as an undergraduate reseracher on wine chemistry and flavor analysis, and since then I have been interested in the field. My current research focuses on hop and hemp aromas and how they can be used to flavor both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beer.
