Miquel Medina has worked in the QA/QC lab of RahrBSG for a decade, first as a lab technician before achieving the role of Scientist. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with dual BSc degrees in Chemistry and Biochemistry in 2014 and is currently pursuing a Brewing and Distilling Science MSc from Heriot-Watt University. He also sits on the board for the St. Paul - Minneapolis chapter of the Master Brewers Association of the Americas.
