I started out at an analytical chemist in both the environmental field and the pharmaceutical field, but left that glamourous career, for the life in the brewery. After attending obtaining a dipolma from the World Brewing Accademy, I have built a brewery, brewed beer, cellared beer, packaged beer, cleaned more things than I knew existed, and finally returned to work in the lab. I now do the various analytical testing for Hendler Family Brewing brands, as well as many other brands that we brew here. When not at the work I can be found swimming in local lakes or pool, playing in the garden, hopping on the bike, or just reading a book and relaxing.
