My name is Tess Peacock. I am a Quality Lab Lead at Surly Brewing Co. in Minneapolis MN.
I have a Masters of Science in Biology.
Working in Quality Control has been an incredibly interesting field to be a part of. I am excited to be part of the brewing community, as well as the newer branch of some brewing companies, alternative beverage production ( specifically hemp derived THC beverages ). I am excited to bring some of our THC stability research to The Brewing Summit and talk to others in the industry!
