My name is John Hogsett and I am the R&D Technician for Yakima Chief Hops. I mostly work in the R&D analytical lab, but I also work in the brewery and sensory lab. I am a recent college graduate at Yakima Valley College with a degree in chemical engineering. I started working in the hop industry in late 2020 and I still have much to learn!
