Tommy Yancone is the Product Development Manager at Yakima Chief. After a stint researching probiotics at DuPont, he began working at Southern Tier Brewing Company  in the quality department. In 2018 he made the move out to Washington to become Yakima Chief’s Technical Brewer. Currently he helps analyze the results from Yakima Chief’s research projects and manages the pilot brewery and R&D lab.
